Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A notification of approval or rejection of your refund will be sent to you via email. When it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Once you have placed your order, this is custom work and therefore cannot be cancelled after 24hrs. Clai earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Clai do not offer direct exchanges through the website. If you'd like to exchange a product, a refund of the cost will be made and a new order will have to be placed online through ANNI.
