If you would prefer to send yourself the email containing the Gift Card code so you can send on, or print out to put in a card, then simply enter your own email address in the “To” field before you add the Gift Card of your chosen amount to your basket.

You will then receive the Gift Card email, you can still enter the other details as normal if you want to include a nice message!

The Gift Card code will be valid to use for 12 months from the date it was purchased.

The Gift Card is sent by email to the address specified in the form on the Gift Card page, sometimes email providers can classify email as spam so in the first instance check the spam or junk folder of the chosen email recipient.

If that fails then please get in touch with us at helo@anni.cymru so we can look into it for you.

If you can’t find your Gift Card check all folders your email provider might have including junk, spam, other or archives.

If you still have no luck then please get in touch with us at helo@anni.cyrmu with your details and we will reissue you with your code.  Please note for security we may need to validate your identity and reserve the right to only reissue the Gift Card details to the address given at point of purchase.

Please keep your Gift Card code safe as we accept no liability for Gift Cards that are used by someone other than yourself.

Unfortunately, not at the moment! We’re currently working on the ability to be able to have an account with Anni where you can view all your account details including Gift Card balance.

In the meantime though, please keep a note of how much you may have left on your Gift Card, if you need to find out your balance then please email us with your query at helo@anni.cymru and we’ll do our best to get back to you.

Yes! If an order exceeds the value on a Gift Card added at the checkout then it will allow you to pay the difference by another method including debit/credit card or PayPal.

It’s not currently possible however, to part use a Gift Card as well as another method – by default our checkout will take the full amount from the Gift Card if the total value of the order exceeds the Gift Card amount.

Yes, however our Gift Cards are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  In the case that an order is returned or cancelled and requires a refund then we will reissue store credit in the form of a new Gift Card to the value of the original order.

Please remember that returns and refunds are managed by  the individual Sellers listed on Anni so we will only issue a refund once the Seller has confirmed that it is in line with their specific returns policies.

Yes! Simply add the Gift Card codes individually  on the checkout page and hit “Apply” for each one, the balance of each Gift Card should be then be deducted from your order total.

Gift Cards can not be cancelled or refunded once purchased.  Purchases made using Gift Cards are subject to the returns policies of the individual Sellers.

Anni accepts no liability for the Gift Card codes that are lost or stolen and Anni shall not be held responsible for Gift Cards that are used by someone else (with or without your permission).

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by you when you place your order and Anni has no liability to you or to the intended recipient in the event that your Gift Card is delivered to the incorrect email address.

We have no liability to you or to the intended recipient for the late or non-delivery of any eGift Card in circumstances where the late or non-delivery of the eGift Card arises from an interruption to or failure of your ability to receive emails.
