What is Anni?

A new way to buy products directly from some of Wales’s most exciting artists, makers, and producers. Anni is an online marketplace where specially selected makers in Wales can advertise their products, when you buy a product on Anni, you are buying directly from the individual.

Who are your sellers?

All items advertised on Anni are sold by independent sellers.

We’ve taken our own passion for unique and interesting items and searched Wales for some of the best original products and sellers we can find, so you don’t have to.

Where is my order?

All of the items listed on Anni are stocked and shipped by the individual seller so if you are experiencing any delays or issues with the delivery of your item, or just want to check the shipping status then please get in touch with the seller directly.

You will be able to find the email contact details of the seller in the order confirmation email you received from Anni when you made the purchase.

If you can’t find your order email from Anni, please check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not in there either then please contact us directly and we’ll put you in touch with the seller.

Is it possible to cancel or amend my order?

Please contact the seller directly if you would like to cancel or amend the order. Their contact information can be found in your order confirmation email.

Please note : Sellers have their own individual shop policies and may or may not accept returns. You can find the seller’s policies on their individual product listings.

Where is my confirmation e-mail?

You should receive your confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order. If you haven’t received it don’t worry, we’ve almost certainly received your order! There’s a couple of places where you can check:

Check your junk/spam folder and mark Anni as a trusted email sender.

If you still don’t have any luck then get in touch with Anni via our Contact Us page, if you haven’t received the order confirmation we can resend it to you and update your record on our system to make sure you receive future emails from us.

If you do not have your order number please contact info@anni.wales with your name and date of your order and we will try to assist.

Why am I missing an item in my delivery?

As items are sent directly from each individual seller, if items in your order are from different sellers then your order will arrive in multiple parcels.

You should always contact the seller of your item to check anything regarding your order.

My order has arrived, but I've received the wrong item. What can I do?

All queries regarding your order should be directed to the seller. Their contact information can be found on your order confirmation e-mail.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

My order has been processed more than once, what should I do?

In the event this does happen, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to cancel the order for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

We are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

However, if the order is yet to be dispatched please contact the seller directly to amend your delivery address .

What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Please contact the seller directly to obtain tracking information. In the event that you do not receive a response from the seller, please contact us here helo@anni.cymru

How long does it take for delivery?

Postage will vary with each seller. Please check their shipping policies on the product page for further information.

Can I track my item?

Tracking information will depend upon the method used by the Seller shipping your item.

For more details regarding shipping methods you can refer to the details on the product listing of the item in the shop, the name of the shipping method in the checkout or details in our order confirmation email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal to manage payments securely from our checkout. You don’t however, need a PayPal account to use it and you can pay by Mastercard, VISA, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron as a guest.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

Do your prices include VAT?

All our online prices include VAT.

Do you have a returns policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to return or exchange your order depending on the shop’s policies.

To request a return or exchange, contact the seller directly. The seller contact details will be in your order confirmation email.

Please refer to each seller’s policies before purchasing an item, as policies vary from shop to shop, and some items may not be eligible for refund/exchange.

I'm having trouble logging into my account, can you help?

There could be a number of reasons why you are having trouble signing into your account.

There are a couple of things you can try to sign in:

  • Make sure you are using your correct login details. Your login email is usually the email you’ve received notices from us previously.
  • Reset your password; you can do this here by entering your login email. Please allow a little time for your reset e-mail to arrive.
